One constant source of pride for the residents of the Concho Valley is our sense of community — the value we place on supporting each other. With the many increasing demands on local resources growing with time, the need for reliable, safe and efficient transportation is becoming a greater concern for the region. Transportation is a need that affects all members of our society. Continuing the tradition of neighbor helping neighbor that is such a strong part of the West Texan mentality, the Concho Valley Regional Coordination Planning Committee is dedicated to identifying and addressing those transportation issues affecting denizen of the area.
2021 Concho Valley Regional Coordination Transportation Plan.The Concho Valley Regional Coordination Planning Committee is comprised of local representatives and citizens that are bringing the transportation concerns of the region to the attention of community leaders.
The Concho Valley Regional Coordination Planning Committee is open to new members year-round and is inclusive. It is not restricted to San Angelo residents. We welcome and strongly encourage individuals living in the outer lying counties of the Concho Valley to attend and join the Committee. The Committee greatly values the many different perspectives and viewpoints that the members of offer on transportation in the Concho Valley. The Committee places great emphasis on the need to communicate and find possible solutions to those identified concerns, as well as planning on how to develop possible new programs or projects. The Concho Valley Regional Coordination Planning Committee meets monthly in San Angelo. For those who are unable to travel to San Angelo, the Regional Coordinator can make the information from meetings available to those interested individuals who are considering joining the Concho Valley Regional Coordination Planning Committee. Meetings for the Concho Valley Regional Coordination Planning Committee are held monthly, unless otherwise noted, at the Concho Valley Transit District Multi-Modal Facility. Proposed FFYs 2024-2026 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Triennial Goal Methodology for Federal Transit Administration Projects:

Our proposed DBE triennial goal methodology for FFYs 2024-2026 supports an overall goal of 8.13%.
CVTD will host a virtual public forum for any interested persons to provide comments regarding the proposed DBE goal methodology on December 29th, 2023 at 10:00AM CST. Parties wishing to attend must request meeting link and information from Jaylon Seales, DBE Liaison Officer by phone at 325-944-9666 or by email at jaylon.seales@cvcog.org by 5:00PM December 28th, 2023.
The public comment period for the proposed FTA DBE goal methodology is December 24th, 2023 through January 23rd, 2024. Comments should be delivered to Jaylon Seales, DBE Liaison Officer by email at jaylon.seales@cvcog.org by the deadline.

Concho Valley Transit (CVT) hereby gives public notice that it is CVT’s policy to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities receiving Federal financial assistance. Specifically, Title VI provides that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance” (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d). CVT is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its transit services on the basis of race, color, or national origin, as protected by Title VI in Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Circular 4702.1.B.
